Intro to the studio and the reformer to get you started on your pilates journey.

Cancellation Policy

From 1 Dec 2019 our 24 hour notice policy for cancellations will take effect and payment upon booking is required. You will be able to reschedule any of your bookings up until 24 hrs prior to the start time. After this, if you are unable to make it, you are welcome to share your spot with someone else and let us know.
