Massage can help support wellness by releasing tensions, supporting tissue repair, encouraging relaxation, increasing blood flow and many more benefits.

I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist (Dip RM) and a member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society, abide by their Code of Conduct and have the required ongoing training, insurance, first aid, police checks and more. Always check your therapists qualifications and insurance prior to making your appointment.

I use a combination of remedial, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, lomi lomi and relaxation techniques to achieve the best outcomes with all clients. Hot stones are used to aid in heating muscles layers for a deeper treatment and to ease off areas of high tension after trigger point therapy.

Dry Needling is one of my absolute favourite modalities and is available as part of your treatment.

Please complete the separate Dry Needling consent form (link in your confirmation email) to have Dry Needling included in your treatment.

It is important that the client remains comfortable during a treatment to achieve the best results therefore pressure, style and approach must be tailored to each person individually.
